‘Space for Embodiment’

Virtual Trauma-Informed Mental Health Coaching & Yoga for Individuals

  • We hold deep reverence for each person’s healing journey—honoring the courage it takes to turn inward and the wisdom that unfolds along the way. We help our clients cultivate a profound sense of grounding, strengthening the connection between mind and body to foster healthier stress responses, greater self-compassion, and lasting well-being. Each session is a sanctuary for compassionate inquiry, quiet reflection, intuitive movement, and foundational trauma-informed yoga grounding practices, offering space to heal, grow, and remember oneself whole.

    Routine Experience (Weekly or Every Other Week)

    45 minutes - single session ($70/session)

    60 minutes- single session ($90/session)

    Non- Routine Experience

    45 minutes - single session ($75/session)

    60 minutes- single session ($95/session)

    ‘Routine Experience’ option includes access to explorative resources/activities to support compassionate inquiry, mindfulness, and stress management in between sessions.

‘Space for Grace’

Virtual Trauma-Informed Couples Coaching & Yoga for Black Lesbian Couples

  • We honor the sacredness of Black lesbian love—its depth, resilience, and joy. Our work helps couples protect and nurture that bond by mastering tools to break cycles that can lead to conflict or disconnection in otherwise healthy relationships. Through the integration of trauma-informed yoga grounding practices, compassionate inquiry, stress management strategies, and relational skill-building, we create space for partners to deepen trust, sustain intimacy, and celebrate their connection with intention and reverence.

    Pricing:

    Consecutive Process’

    1 session per week; 4 consecutive weeks (Discounted rate = $140/session)

    1 session per week; 8 consecutive weeks (Discounted rate = $135/session)

    1 session per week; 12 consecutive weeks (Discounted rate = $130/session )

    ‘Non-Consecutive Process’

    Single session rate = $145/session

    *Sessions are 60 minutes in length and must include the participation and presence of both partners. ‘Consecutive Process’ option includes access to explorative resources/activities to support compassionate inquiry, stress management, and relational skill building in between sessions.

‘Space for Connection’

Virtual Trauma-Informed Mental Health

Support Group/Yoga for BIPOC LGBTQ+

  • We support participants in breaking cycles that strain their relationship with themselves—cycles often shaped by the chronic and toxic stressors of our times. In our compassionate, facilitator-led space, we cultivate practices that restore balance and strengthen resilience, including trauma-informed yoga grounding, compassionate inquiry, stress management strategies, and relational skill-building. These tools help participants meet life’s challenges with greater clarity, care, and self-trust. Together, we reclaim sovereignty in our bodies, share our stories without fear, and connect in a community intentionally created for healing, belonging, and transformation.

    Pricing:

    60-90 minutes session ($25/per session)

    Support groups are cohort-based; limited numbers of members per cohort. Sessions will be held virtually twice per month via Zoom. If convenience and capacity allows, one session per quarter may be face-to-face to explore a deeper dive into trauma-informed yoga and group bonding . This offering includes access to explorative prompts to support mindfulness between sessions.

Support Group/Yoga for BIPOC Medical Trauma Survivors

  • We create a compassionate and restorative space where BIPOC survivors of medical trauma can heal, rebuild trust in their bodies, and reclaim their power. Through trauma-informed mental health coaching and yoga practices, we guide participants in reconnecting with themselves, restoring balance, and addressing the stressful impact of medical harm on their well-being. In our community, we acknowledge the unique challenges faced by BIPOC individuals in healthcare and cultivate hope, empowerment, and deep transformation, supporting each individual’s wellness journey and helping them move forward with renewed strength, clarity, and self-trust.

    60-90 minutes session ($25/per session)

  • We help BIPOC survivors of toxic stress and trauma uncover how these experiences shape their physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health. Our trauma-informed workshops give you practical, transformative tools to shift from merely surviving to fully thriving. Each workshop is engaging, restorative, and empowering—blending grounding practices, skill-building, and moments of joy—so your healing journey feels not only possible, but exciting. This is where self-discovery meets community, and where every step forward is a step toward the strongest, most vibrant version of you.

    90 minutes workshop ($75/participant)

    This offering includes space for intuitive movement, basic trauma-informed yoga grounding practices, roundtable reflections, and journaling. Prior to the workshop, participants will be emailed a workshop syllabus for their reference. Minimum of 4 participants, maximum of 20 participants per workshop. Customized themes available for community-based organizations or social groups.

  • We provide healthcare advocacy—grounded in a compassionate, trauma-informed lens—that centers your voice, your needs, and your right to quality, respectful care. We help you navigate a complex healthcare system, organize your care, and coordinate your providers so your treatment truly reflects your priorities.

    By breaking down confusing medical information and ensuring you understand every option, we empower you to make informed decisions about your health.

    Beyond medical care, we address the social factors that impact your wellbeing—like access to resources, financial support, and community connections—so you have the tools to heal and thrive.

    Our role is to simplify the process, stand beside you every step of the way, and fiercely advocate for the outcomes you deserve.
