The Space and Advocacy Project™ (S&A) provides Psychology-Informed Coaching, Embodied Healing, Healthcare Empowerment, Clinical Consulting, and educational services. Although S&A services are informed by the founder’s professional training and experience in social work, psychotherapy, nursing, case management, somatic practice, and healthcare systems, the services offered through S&A are distinct from psychotherapy, psychiatric care, and medical treatment.
S&A’s person-facing services are intended to support self-understanding, embodiment, informed decision-making, self-advocacy, personal agency, and well-being. They do not include medical or mental health diagnosis, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, prescribing, or individualized medical treatment.
Information, education, research, resources, and recommendations provided through S&A are not a substitute for care from your own treating healthcare or mental health providers. You remain the primary decision-maker regarding your health, well-being, and the choices you make.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or concern that you may harm yourself or someone else, seek immediate support. In the United States, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If there is an immediate threat to life or safety, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
If you are seeking psychotherapy or other mental health treatment, the Psychology Today Therapist Directory is one resource for locating providers in your area or online.
